
The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, visited this evening at the QSUT emergency room the deputies and citizens injured during the clashes with the police during the protest. He met with deputies Luçiano Boçi and Klevis Balliu, as well as journalist Aulon Kalaja, who, in addition to being exposed to tear gas, was also hit with a rubber baton.
In a statement to the media from the QSUT premises, Berisha condemned the State Police intervention, describing it as violent against the protesters. He accused police leaders of using bear blinders and stun grenades.
"The ferocity and bestiality of Edi Rama's mercenaries, Enton Alushi, a mercenary of drug cartels. They behaved in the most animalistic way towards the protesters, poisons and substances that are crimes in conventions were used. Poisons that are used against bears were used.
