The Special Court has fined DP MP Bardh Spahia. The fine of 100 thousand lek was given because, when he was mayor of Shkodra, he did not implement the court's decision to reinstate Mark Molla, at that time director of the city's water supply, appointed by Voltana Ademi when she was running the municipality.
In relation to the case, SPAK had requested a fine of 700 thousand lek, but the GJKKO ruled in favor of 100 thousand lek.
