The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, requests the Constitutional Court to declare its lack of jurisdiction to review Erion Veliaj's request against his dismissal as mayor of Tirana. In the document submitted to the Constitutional Court, Begaj requests the court to lift the suspension of the decree and to hold elections for the Municipality of Tirana on November 9.
