Adriatik Lapaj has continued today with his calls for opposition parties to unite in a front against the government. In a statement to A2 CNN from the prime minister's office where he is continuing his protest, the leader of "Albania Becomes" stated that there is a time to fight with each other but there is also a time to unite against a greater evil, which according to him is Edi Rama.
Lapaj also had a special message for Berisha, who has an alliance with most opposition parties, for whom he said that Rama cannot be overthrown with Molotov cocktails but with perseverance.
"We may not love each other, but the great truth is that there is a time to fight, there is also a time to unite against a greater evil. The time when they can attack me as an Adriatic, even those who are in the opposition, is not now, it is later. Today is the time for everyone to reach out and join a great civic front against the great theft that has seized the country. Governments flee with perseverance, they do not flee with capsules or 2-hour Molotov cocktails. We need perseverance and we need to convince the population that they are serious," said the leader of Albania Is Being Made.
It seems that the parties are left to implement the political alliance on the ground, given that Berisha and Lapaj are in agreement with public statements. They have repeatedly expressed the need for the opposition to be unified in the face of Rama's government, and the day when they will realize it in the face of the prime minister's office does not seem far away.
