Adriatik Lapaj does not yet have a definitive answer about his candidacy for mayor of Tirana: "It may or may not happen, it remains to be seen," he told A2 CNN, leaving the matter a mystery to citizens.
However, Lapaj promises maximum commitment: his party will work day by day to perform as well as possible in the local elections, collect signatures and raise awareness, keeping the process “on the right track”. But the irony is clear: his only ally, Endri Shabani of “Nisma Thurje”, has proven problematic and the first cooperation ended in great trouble.
Lapaj does not close the door to coalitions: "We will move forward, just as we are. Can we make agreements with other parties? Yes, absolutely. The fact that you fail in love once does not mean that you will not fall in love again in life." But it seems that, for the moment, his only political union has been more of a source of strife than of success.
