Commissioner Celibashi issued the call for the meeting of the Regulatory Commission and then forwarded the list of candidates who were declared winners.
The Regulatory Commission of the CEC is the body that announces the final results of the elections.
Among other things, the list of winning candidates at the national and regional levels.
The prepared draft will need to be attached to the lists of the current deputies of the new legislature.
Among other things, the decision of the Regulatory Commission will need to determine:
“… The number of votes, the number of mandates and the list of names of deputies for each electoral subject, for each electoral zone, according to link no. 1 attached to this decision;
The number of votes, the number of mandates and the list of names of deputies for each electoral subject at the national level, according to link no. 2 attached to this decision”.
With the expected decision-making, the final lists will be issued by the Regulatory Commission.
But there are no reports that Commissioner Celibashi has corrected his decision-making for other electoral subjects, respecting the interpretation made for the mandates by the Electoral College.
In contrast to this, we have provided the tables with the names of the lists that the Commissioner has forwarded to the Regulatory Commission for approval.
Celibashi in his capacity as State Election Commissioner is the head of the CEC administration and the person responsible for preparing the materials for the meetings of the Regulatory Commission.
If Commissioner Celibashi is forwarding to this Commission lists manipulated by himself and not according to the Electoral Code, (this is confirmed by the Decision of the Electoral College), then the Commissioner is aiming to include the members of the Regulatory Commission in the violation of the Code. Or in order to create a new vortex, he is asking the Regulatory Commission to be involved in the debate, not just in his service.
