/Investigative actions continue to clarify and document the circumstances and cause of the murder of a 61-year-old man, yesterday evening, in the village of Abat.
Suspected of killing the 61-year-old with a pistol for weak motives, the 58-year-old was arrested, who turned himself in a few hours after the incident, along with the murder weapon.
Specialists from the Crimes Against the Person Investigation Sector arrested citizen NM, 58 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".
He is suspected of having killed citizen PP, 61 years old, a resident of the village of Abat, Shala, with a pistol, for weak motives, yesterday in the village of Abat.
Police services found and seized two pistol cartridges and two cutting tools (knife and cleaver) at the scene.
The procedural materials will be passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
