The GJKKO continues to hear witness testimonies in the "Golden Bullet" trial. Agim Gjini spoke about the murder of Ervis Deda, where Festim Qoli is accused of ordering the murder.
"I was employed at a gas station. Festim Qolin worked for me. I had known him since 8th grade. We both had a friend named Elvis Dedjan. Ervis and Festim were partners. The relationship between Elvis and Festim was good, but they had a conflict over a girl. Ervis was called Loshi.
He worked with drugs. I heard about Elvis' murder at the gas station. The police came and arrested me afterwards. After Elvis' murder, Festimi was in Durrës. I worked there, so I know. I met Festimi a few days after the murder.
Fatmira Habilin, I knew her and met her, she made us glasses. She was the owner, she didn't come often. After the murder of her son, I met Fatmira.
"Her relationship with Festim was good, I know he came to stay with us. Festim didn't tell me anything. Elvis had a BMW. I met with the deceased every day, as well as Festim. I was the manager at the gas station. The gas station had two owners, they had good relations. There were no disagreements. The only thing that didn't go well with them was about Elvis' fiancée," the witness emphasized.
"They escorted us to the police station, took our fingerprints, and took us out. Festim was afraid that they would kill him or me too. Festim was also escorted to the police station. I don't know if Festim Qoli was in Kosovo before Elvis' murder."
I didn't talk about Fatmira's murder, I just felt sorry for her.
Festimi was afraid of what might happen," he said.
The witness emphasized that "I saw Festim on the day of Elvis' murder. I don't know if I know Henrik Hoxhaj. Only if you show me a photo."
He further said that he knows Nuredin Dumani. "My mother brought him to her aunt. Nuredin used to come to the gas station, he was a neighborhood boy. He used to chat with Festim.
"The celebration was at Fatmira's funeral," the witness concluded.
