Petrit Qoli, one of the defendants in the Plumbi i Artë case, focused on the 2009 murder of Fatmir Xhindi, a Socialist Party MP, during this Tuesday's hearing. He mentioned the incident in question while questioning the justice minister, Skerdi Tase.
"Do you know about the murder of MP Fatmir Xhindi? Do you have a hand in that event, because I know that he was killed from close range," Qoli asked.
The court intervened by interrupting Qoli's questions, and ordered the defendant not to answer.
Skerdi Tase gave his testimony after two other repentants, Nuredin Dumani and Erion Alibej, known as Krymi.
