Tirana police arrested Brandi Kasmi, as part of Operation "The Ghost".
He was reported by a 23-year-old woman, whom he threatened with fake accounts he had opened on social media, with her photos, so that the girl would pay him money.

Immediately after a 23-year-old woman reported that a citizen had stolen her social media account credentials and opened other fake accounts with her photos/videos, from which he threatened her to give him money, specialists from the Cyber Crimes Investigation Section, in collaboration with specialists from the Special Operations Force, began work to uncover the perpetrators.
