Today, 40-year-old Pandeli Nakoleci will appear in court, who stabbed his 36-year-old wife, Marjola Nakoleci, to death in Volos, Greece, an event that occurred in front of the couple's four minor children.
After the crime, he hid for more than 30 hours in a bushy plot, just 200 meters from the family home, but was arrested without resistance at around 4:00 p.m., thanks to a call from a local resident who saw a suspicious person.
At the time of his arrest, the 40-year-old stated: "She was cheating on me. What should I have done differently?" Investigations revealed that he stabbed the woman twice, once in the neck and once in the back.
According to the Greek Police, he had no record of domestic violence, but was previously accused of participating in a criminal organization and violating the narcotics law. In June 2025, he was sent for psychiatric examination and treatment at a clinic, according to the prosecutor's order.
