The Criminal Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Commissariat arrested citizen JK, 36 years old, resident of Durrës, after the Durrës Prosecution Office issued a detention order for the criminal offense of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty", committed in collaboration.
This citizen is accused of having, in collaboration with 3 other citizens, on 01.07.2025, forcibly taken, in a vehicle, and raped a 48-year-old man. The 36-year-old was arrested by the Rinas Border Police services, during his attempt to leave the Republic of Albania; -
they declared citizen AM, 46 years old, resident of Tirana, wanted, as he is suspected of having deceived a citizen, in connection with the performance of a service in the apartment. Work is underway to arrest the 46-year-old man and to clarify the circumstances of the case.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Kavaja Police Station:
-referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens PM, 41 years old, and MM, 30 years old, both residents of Kavaja, as it is suspected that for weak motives, they raped a 37-year-old man;
-declared citizen TK, 27 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, in collaboration with other citizens, still unidentified, he hit citizen ZH with hard objects, who received the necessary medical assistance and left for his apartment. Work is underway to capture the 27-year-old, as well as to identify and capture other citizens implicated in this case.
