The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has filed a criminal complaint with SPAK against the Director General of Prisons, Klevis Qose.
The letter sent to the Special Prosecution Office states that Qose has abused his office on several occasions, with his actions or inactions, violating the rights and freedoms of Ilir Meta.
To prove the criminal fact, Meta has also attached to the request the recommendation of the People's Advocate for the treatment of persons in detention.
We recall that for some time now, Meta has continued to remain in detention cells, following accusations raised by SPAK against him for corruption and abuse of office.
