Former Elbasan judge, Pajtime Fetahu, was released from her cell today, after the GJKKO decided to change the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest".
Fetahu is accused of having links to criminal organizations led by Hajdar Çopja and Suel Çela. According to SPAK data, she is suspected of having had direct contact with the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, to whom she shared confidential information.
Also, investigations show that the former judge received 11 thousand euros, a gold coin, and expected to receive a mobile phone as a reward from members of the "Çopja" criminal group.
Faced with corruption allegations, Fetahu resigned from the justice system on November 16, 2022, just a few days before the Vetting process against her began.

Marjus Lulaj states that he will contact the two judges whom he identifies as "Zyniu" who is suspected of being Zihni Shahu and "Landi", who is suspected of being Taulant Tafa, and will force the latter to return what he has taken, implying that this judge has taken a bribe, otherwise "he will plant a bomb on both of their heads". The purpose for which Marjus Lulaj is committed to influencing is suspected of having to do with giving the maximum sentence to Astrit Sinanaj, whom he sees as a member of the rival group in Elbasan who has taken concrete actions to the detriment of the life of his associate Fuad Verzivolli.
On the evening of May 20, 2020, Sueli communicates with Pajtime, where he says that "I'm not dead yet, I'll let them have a fight... I'll meet them both and see if they're shaken... I started taking action today... I spoke to Landi a little while ago... I expected to meet Zyniu, he didn't come, I'll go to his house... today I asked to meet Landi... I'm surprised, they're both cowards, Zyniu didn't grab me by the hand, how am I going to help him... I'm very clear... I mean, I'm still alive... they'll send them back there if they've taken it... why would I plant a bomb on those two heads...".
The suspect Marjus Lulaj states that he will seek confirmation of the accusation and is not interested in other details. In the end, he states that after talking with the judges in question, he has another solution, which he describes as follows: "...I have my solution, I will enter the house of both of them if I see them playing...".
The conversations continue with Marjus Lulaj who invites him to meet Judge Fetah at his apartment, and also informs him that he will threaten the judge whom he identifies as "Zyni" at his apartment, Lulaj writes "I will come to the park, you come there tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, how about you?... so that we can talk better verbally....you tell me when you can...I simply asked Landi to meet today...I don't have any meetings with Zyni, but I heard this and thought after the pretense of entering his house, I would scare him a little and then he would have a hard time...".
From the conversations analyzed by Sky Ecc, it seems that Suel Çela had very "warm" communication with Elbasan judge Pajtime Fetahu, the latter even addressing him as "the beauty of the earth".
Pajtime Fetahu: I don't like the actions I learned about yesterday.
Marjus Lulaj: I'm not ready to let them have a fight yet. "I'll meet them both and see if they're shaken."
