The number two of the Durrës police, Bujar Deliallisi, testified in the trial against Plarent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, accused of the assassination attempt on Arjan Ndoj with 1 killed and two wounded. During the testimony, Dervishaj said: "Visi, you're bored of being here."
Deliallis's testimony:
I am the deputy director for criminal investigation at the Durrës Police.
I know the defendants by name.
I participated in the arrest of Ramazan Rraja. He was a wanted person with a warrant for his arrest.
We intervened in the Fushë Krujë area, without going to Ura e Gjolës. There is a hotel there belonging to the Rraja tribe.
There were over 30 forces. The facility was surrounded.
Dervishaj intervenes: What is this talk? What do I have to do with this?
Deliallisi: We found two armed people. One is Ramazan Rraja. I can't remember the other person's name, but he was wanted by the Elbasan Police.
Dervishaj, to the witness: It's not your place to come here. I know you well. I know who you are. You won't bear the troubles of the world. The Visi people are bringing you here.
