The former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, has completed the sentences imposed by justice and has regained his freedom.
He was convicted twice in a row by the Special Court for property abuses in Himara, one related to the area over which Artan Gaçi, husband of former Foreign Minister Olta Xhaçka, gained the status of strategic investor.
