The mayor of Kolonja, Erion Isai, appeared before SPAK today. Isai has been taken as a defendant by SPAK, as it is suspected that together with his subordinates they favored a company in the tender for the Korca-Ersekë road.
Over the past two years, Isai has appeared several times before SPAK, where he has provided explanations regarding the procedures followed in several tenders. According to the prosecution, he is suspected of favoring certain economic operators during tender procedures, along with other municipal employees.
