The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by Erion and Arbër Veliaj against the controls carried out by SPAK in 2024.
The decision was made in a consultation room by Albana Boksi, Medi Bici and Sokol Binaj. Mayor Erion Veliaj has been found guilty of 13 criminal charges along with his wife and 28 other individuals and businesses.
SPAK conducted a series of checks during the preliminary investigations.
