Tirana police have arrested the director of the Ministry of Interior, Alma Bime, suspected of threatening a foreign citizen and burning the household furnishings of her former cohabitant, Mareglen Tomori, in his apartment on "Hysen Xhura" street in Kinostudio.
According to the blue uniforms, Tomori, who owns a three-story villa in the area, had hired a foreigner with a residence permit to take care of the first floor of the apartment and the garden. Bime is suspected of having previously burned the bed in the former cohabitant's villa and then threatening the foreigner, accusing him of collaborating with Tomori and threatening to revoke his residence permit.
The complaint was filed by Tomori himself, who also presented the testimony of the foreign employee through threatening messages from Bima. Investigations into the case continue by the relevant authorities.
