The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has decided to temporarily suspend from practicing the profession lawyer Besart Logu, who is under investigation for the criminal offense of "exercising illegal influence".
The decision was announced today by Judge Florjan Kalaja, who changed the previous security measure issued by the first instance, applying Article 243 of the Criminal Procedure Code. According to the new prohibitory measure, Logu is prohibited from practicing as a lawyer until the investigation is completed.
