A tragic accident occurred this morning on the Poliçan-Berat axis, at the place known as the Vodicë Bridge, where one person lost his life and two others were injured.
According to official information from the State Police, the driver of the vehicle, citizen EB, 34 years old, resident of Berat, is suspected of having lost control of the vehicle, causing the vehicle to veer off the road.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the vehicle died at the scene, while the two passengers, citizens AE, 36 years old, and KG, 37 years old, both residents of Berat, were injured and were immediately transported to the hospital for medical assistance.
An investigation team is at the scene, working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
