Aurel Hoxha, alias Kolaveri, owner of the "Monopol" bar, who allegedly ordered the murder of Klevis Lleshi in 2020 for a sum of 50 thousand euros for blood feud motives, turns out to be involved in cocaine trafficking from Latin America to European Union countries, as well as in a money laundering scheme.
"From the evidence administered, it results that citizen Aurel Hoxha, in the role of creator, leader and organizer, has created a structured criminal group, with the aim of carrying out the illegal activity of laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity, where members of this structured criminal group are citizen Samet Loka and other unidentified citizens. The illegal income is suspected to have been generated from the illegal activity of trafficking narcotics from South American countries to European Union countries and Albania. From this illegal activity, it is suspected that monetary income has been generated, which have served for investments in commercial activities, real estate and movable property, the exchange or transfer of assets, with the aim of hiding or covering their illegal origin, carrying out financial operations or fragmented transactions to avoid reporting, according to the legislation on the prevention of money laundering," the announcement states.
The murder of Klevis Lleshi was revealed after the decryption of the encrypted application, and it is suspected that Sabah Nuzi committed the crime in exchange for a payment of 50 thousand euros.
The Special Prosecution Office says that Aurel Hoxha, owner of the "Monopol" bar, acted in revenge for the murder of his brother, Agim Hoxha, in Great Britain in 2012. Five members of the Lleshi family were killed, including Arben Lleshi inside the Peqin prison, who was the author of Agim Hoxha's murder.
