A serious road accident was recorded this morning in the Fier region, on the "Levan-Tepelena" axis, resulting in the death of a 39-year-old woman. Two other people were injured in the collision between two vehicles, who were transported to the hospital and are out of danger, while the police have launched investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.

At around 07:20, on the "Levan-Tepelena" road axis, citizen NA, around 39 years old, driving a "Kia" vehicle, was involved in a road accident with a "Benz" vehicle, driven by citizen PM.
As a result of the accident, citizen NA died at the scene, while citizen PM and the passenger in the "Benz" vehicle, citizen SR, are in hospital for medical assistance, out of danger to their lives.
The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
