In a new marketing campaign for his Green Coast hotel, MGallery Collection, businessman Samir Mane has chosen to use Ermal Mamaqi. In short videos, the latter, ironically mocking the usual conversations of Albanians who lament their troubles and business, tries with forced humor to mock people who do business with the well-known businessman.
Accommodated at Mr. Mane's exclusive 5-star beach and hotel in Palasa, comedian Mamaqi tries to ironize the Albanians' mania for making accounts or the various online sites that post high prices in the south. And this in function of the idea of presenting the business where he is resting - for free of course - as a paradise worth paying dearly for.
In fact, such beaches and expensive hotels are neither a foreign spectacle nor should they be the subject of speculation or attack on business. The only problem is that these strained, mocking and banal attempts to advertise a 5-star hotel show the shallowness of not only marketing thinking but also the philosophy of a business that has cost millions of euros.
It's not a shame to be rich and build a 5-star hotel that not everyone can visit. But along with the hotel's stars, maybe you should also increase the level of marketing and humor that is duplicitous and has nothing to do with any star. Neither in heaven nor on earth
