At least 22 people have been killed in the last 24 hours in Lebanon as a result of Israeli attacks in the south of the country, according to the Health Ministry in Beirut.
Lebanese authorities announced that 10 more victims were recorded from the latest Israeli army bombing, increasing the civilian death toll.
According to official information, six people were killed in the town of Arab Salim, including three children and two women. Another child was killed in Harouf, while three people, including two children, were killed in Roumine.
The attacks come at a time of high tensions in the region and escalating clashes between Israel and armed groups in southern Lebanon, adding to concerns about the expansion of the conflict in the Middle East.
