The head of the Revolutionary Guard's intelligence organization, Majid Khademi, has been killed in airstrikes carried out by the US and Israel, according to an official statement from the Guard.
In a statement published on their Telegram channel, the Guard announced that “Major General Majid Khademi, the powerful and educated head of the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, was martyred in a criminal terrorist attack by the American-Zionist enemy in the early hours of the morning.”
Iranian authorities described the attack as a hostile act, as tensions in the region continue to escalate.
