If you're used to hearing news about the guys from Dubai, this time different news comes from the famous city. It's about a major development project, where Albania has stood out with its original and modern presence.
At the Future Hospitality Summit 2025, taking place in Dubai, our country has attracted attention with the "Soundscapes of Albania" pavilion, a collaboration between the National Territorial Planning Agency (AKPT), the Territorial Development Agency (AZHT) and the Austrian studio Studio Precht.
The pavilion has been praised as one of the most beautiful of the summit, presenting Albania through a sensory experience that combines architectural images with Albanian sounds, culture and atmosphere. Visitors experience a vibrant, creative and evolving Albania, where tradition coexists with a modern vision of hospitality.
The panel “The Soundscapes of Hospitality” featured Michael Jalbert from Forbes Global Properties, Adelajda Roka from AZHT and Pablo Bofill from Bofill Taller de Arquitectura. They highlighted that integrated planning, clear investment frameworks and community-led design are positioning Albania as one of the most promising markets in the region for urban development and sustainable tourism.
???? With “Soundscapes of Albania”, Albania invites the world to hear its rhythm — a place on the move, open, creative and ready for the future.
