A protest by hundreds of Albanian students and citizens has begun in Skopje to protect the use of the Albanian language in professional exams, specifically for the jurisprudence exam.
They gathered near the Stone Bridge under the motto "Unite with all students with one voice" with national flags and patriotic songs, while calling for support for linguistic rights and civic equality.
The organizers emphasize that this rally is not against anyone, but aims to protect the dignity and rights of Albanians as equal citizens in North Macedonia.
To strengthen their cause, the students have also been joined by public figures.
