The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bedri Hamza, has announced that the leader of the Social Democratic Initiative, Fatmir Limaj, will not be part of the PDK's electoral list for deputies.
After the party leadership meeting, Hamza said that PDK has received a letter from Limaj, through which Nisma's support for PDK in the upcoming elections was offered.
"We expect and welcome the contribution that Fatmir Limaj and the Social Democratic Initiative will make. This time he will not be part of the PDK list", said Hamza. Of course, Mr. Limaj is welcome to be part of the PDK in the future, in regular internal electoral processes. As for competing on this list, it is a general position that initially there should be support for the PDK, good will from the Social Democratic Initiative, then in the next elections we will treat them appropriately. This time Limaj will not be part of the PDK list", said Hamza.
He explained that Limaj did not request to be part of the PDK electoral list.
'To be fair to you, Limaj will not be part of the PDK electoral list for deputies. This was also his will, as in the letter he sent he did not ask to be part of the list, but offered his party's support for our common journey,' said Hamza.
