The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has decreed the new government cabinet this Monday. This decision comes a few days after the decree for the fourth time of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
From the announcement of the Presidency's press office, it is noted that the virtual Minister of Public Procurement, Diella, does not appear on the list of decreed ministers.
The process of appointing the new government will be completed in accordance with the Constitution in the coming days, with the swearing-in of the Prime Minister and ministers, after the Assembly approves the program and composition of the Government.
Presidency Announcement:
After the appointment of the Prime Minister, by decree of Friday, September 12, 2025, the President of the Republic, H.E. Bajram Begaj, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, today decreed the ministers of the New Government, and forwarded the decrees to the Albanian Parliament for competence.
The procedure for appointing the New Government will be concluded in accordance with the Constitution in the coming days, with the swearing-in of the Prime Minister and ministers, after the Assembly approves the program and composition of the Government.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place at the Institution of the President of the Republic.
