On September 17, the High Prosecutorial Council is expected to open the competition for the election of the new head of SPAK.
The Government of Prosecutors announced this Monday that it will meet in plenary session and one of the items on the agenda is: Discussion/approval of the Draft Decision "On the announcement of the vacancy for the Head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime".
The opening of the competition for the new chief prosecutor of SPAK opens 3 months before the term of the incumbent ends. Altin Dumani's term ends on September 16, 2025.
