Rigels Rajku, known to the public as Noizy, has surprised with a statement made this Saturday on the show Inside Albania on Euronews Albania, where he spoke openly about the possibility of entering politics. Asked by moderator Alice Taylor if he would accept an invitation from Prime Minister Edi Rama to head the Ministry of Culture, the rapper answered unequivocally: "I would 100% accept it."
Noizy said he does not see politics as a way to make money, as he says he has earned all his income from music, without ever getting involved in illegal activities. He considers himself a "man of his word" who does not promise much, but who, if he enters politics, will keep every promise he makes.
In the interview, the rapper also spoke about his philosophy on life and wealth, stating that money does not bring happiness, while peace is often found in simple things, far from luxury. His statements came between joking and seriousness, but left a question open for the public: is Albanian politics ready for a Minister of Culture who speaks the language of the street and the music scene?
