The Electoral College has asked the CEC to bring the Commission's decisions on the distribution of mandates for the 12 districts.
Meanwhile, the SP requested as additional evidence that the CEC, along with the decisions on the distribution of mandates, also bring the appeal requests for all 12 decisions.
Lawyer Eridian Salianji opposed the taking of this evidence with the argument that it is not related to the subject of the trial, as these are final decisions.
According to him, the court is stepping outside the legal process by conducting an extra trial, as it is crippling decisions that were not requested by the parties.
