The Constitutional Court is expected to issue a decision today on the "Balluku" case, following the government's appeal against the GJKKO decision to suspend Belinda Balluku from office.
The eight judges will convene in the Deliberation Chamber, under the leadership of President Fiona Papajorgji, for the second time on this matter.
The focus of the decision-making is the legality of the suspension of a minister and the interpretation of Article 103 of the Constitution on the immunity of members of the government.
