The Constitutional Court decided not to hold a plenary session on the procedure followed in the case of the election of the People's Advocate.
One of the candidates running for this position, Ardiana Kalaja, requested that the procedure for electing the Ombudsman by the Albanian Parliament be declared unconstitutional.
