SPAK orders a search of Erion Veliaj's cell in Durrës prison. The search was conducted after suspicions that he was using a cell phone that could be held by detainees in the same sector.
SPAK has reviewed the entry and exit registers to confirm whether unauthorized persons have met the mayor of Tirana in the cell.
The results of the search have not been made public, including whether or not illegal items were found. Veliaj is being tried on 13 criminal charges by the Criminal Court of Kosovo (CCKKO) along with 29 other defendants.
