The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier has completed the property investigation and is requesting the confiscation of 5 apartments, 2 service units, 16,719 m2 of land and the shares of 5 companies belonging to citizen Arjan Hyka and other persons associated with him, as it turned out that they were created as a result of suspected criminal activities.
From the investigations on property proceeding no. 1, dated 01.07.2025, with the object of investigation of the assets owned by citizens AH, MH, AH, AH and KH, as well as the 5 commercial companies owned by them, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Fier managed to document unjustified assets from legal sources.
The investigation shows that the sole partner of the company “A...” sh.pk, citizen AH, has declared the financing of the company with a value of 100,072,890 Lek, which is not justified by legal sources of financing. Through this company, other companies were also created, distributed among family members.
It also emerged that fictitious actions were carried out in order to justify this monetary amount, which were not based on the real financial possibility of obtaining this amount from legal sources. On the contrary, it is evident that most of the actions were carried out outside the banking system, in "cash" and through non-notarial acts, with the aim of avoiding the legal origin of the funds invested in the company.
The amount of 100,072,890 Lek, which is not based on legal and declared sources, has served as the basis for the development of the economic activity of the companies in the future, being reflected in the financial statements as a legal source and then being used for various investments, including the purchase of vehicles and the creation of income that has been distributed in the form of salaries and dividends. Further, this income has been reinvested in real estate and company shares, creating an economic cycle that relies on an unjustified initial source.
Citizen AH, convicted by the Italian authorities for the criminal offense of “Profiting from proceeds of criminal activity, drugs”, brought to Albania monetary values that originated from criminal activity in the field of narcotics. The investigations resulted in the fact that several drivers employed in the companies owned by the subjects in this investigation “A....” sh.pk and “A...... T....” sh.pk, were found bringing undeclared monetary values to the border, in suspicious circumstances regarding their origin.
At the conclusion of the full property investigation, the Fier Prosecution Office requests the confiscation of real estate in the name of AH and MH.

2. Pasuria e llojit tokë “arë”, me sipërfaqe 3926 m², me vendndodhje Fier;
3. Pasuria e llojit tokë “arë”, me sipërfaqe 2942 m², me vendndodhje Fier; dhe
4. Pasuria e llojit tokë “arë”, me sipërfaqe 3931 m², me vendndodhje Fier.
Konfiskimin e pasurive të paluajtshme në emër të K.H, si më poshtë:
1. Pasuri e llojit “apartament”, me sipërfaqe 55 m², me vendndodhje Bashkia Fier; dhe
2. Pasuri e llojit “apartament” me sipërfaqe 137 m², me vendndodhje Bashkia Fier.
Konfiskimin e kuotave të shoqërive tregtare në zotërim të individëve objekt hetimi pasuror, si më poshtë:
