A few weeks ago, SPAK struck one of the most dangerous criminal groups operating in Vlora, led by Inez Hajrulla, the deputy of Edison Harizaj, known as Edison Faqeddjeguri, after the latter's murder in 2018 in Durrës.
One of the charges weighing on his shoulders is the murder of Gentjan Qarri, known as Geçe, on February 6, 2021 in Vlora.
According to SPAK, Inez Hajrulla, along with Ervis Matodashaj, are suspected of being the mastermind, financier, and organizer of the murder of Geçe, who is the cousin of Fatmir Hyseni, known as Doqja, whom they consider their strongest opponent.
"On January 30, 2021, Ervis Matodashaj communicates with Inez Hajrulla, where they express interest in the location of citizens named "Doqja", "Cipua" and "Geco", with the aim of committing a murder in the direction of the rival group. It turns out that the citizen known by the nickname "Doqja" is Fatmir Hyseni, the nickname "Cipuri" is known as Armando Sulejani and the nickname "Geco" is known as citizen Gentjan Qarri. From open sources it results that between these citizens and Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj there is a vendetta between the two criminal groups that has continued with attempts to eliminate each other," the SPAK file states.
On January 31, 2021, Matodashaj communicates with Inez Hajrulla, where due to the conflict they have, Inez warns Ervis to be careful, as she has information from the rival group that could harm them.
"He seeks Ervis's commitment to finding the location of "Doqe", and is also interested in the location of Geçe."
Inez Hajrulla instructs Ervis to communicate with third parties to find the location of his rivals.
Inezi: No brother, here in the hotel. Be careful not to go out at all, because those slaves are ready... to harm you.
Ervis: Ok brother.
Inezi: Have you met Balli? Come on line for a moment so that he can deal with the one who has information about Doq.
Ervis: I met him, he will tell me himself.
Inezi: You told him that the brothers will soon do harm, that they are all here and Cipua has taken away the family.
Ervis: Can you find a photo of him?
Inezi: Look at that Geço.
Ervis: Where does he live now, at his bar, where did he live? I don't know who Geço is brother, I need to find out where he lives.
Inezi: You have him opposite Landi of the brakes.
Ervis: That Geço had a house in the "Çiq" building, 5th floor. You will ask Kokuq sometime. Don't know him, he has seen him, he lives there.
Inezi: OK.
The communications show that Hajrulla and Matodashaj are talking to third parties who have information about Gecen and are eavesdropping on him. At one point, Hajrulla, who is abroad, insists on returning to Albania in order to coordinate actions for a criminal event.
After the execution of Gentjan Qarri, Inez Hajrulla and Matodashaj hold conversations where they are directly interested in the removal of the vehicle used in the incident, the reaction and actions of the police forces, as well as the fact that the victim has died (Gentjan Qarri was initially injured and died in hospital).
Ervis: The ambulance took him.
Inezi: He'll come to the stairs, the ambulance took him.
Ervisi: They're just making stops.
Inezi: That's it, brother.
Ervisi: These (the police) are looking for the Golf.
Inezi: What do you say, they've mixed up the car, they're right in Milan.
Ervisi: Who mixed up the car?
Inezi: The state, instead of the correct car they said Golf.
Inezi: Let's stay together. Where are they going, it's not good to bring them here, to put them in a hotel there.
Ervisi: I'm with Spici downstairs, he's not saying anything. Let's not carry a cobra with us, or they'll stop us. They burned the car.
Inezi: How come they didn't write to me.
Ervisi: They're sending patrols from SODA (Soda Forest), they'll have burned the car.
Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj, considered his right-hand man, are wanted. They are also accused of creating the conditions for the murder of Bledar Birçaj.
