The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier has launched investigations into the serious murder that occurred on July 23, in the village of Frashër in Fier. The incident was recorded at around 9:16 p.m., when the Fier Operations Room received a call about an injured person in his apartment.
When the ambulance arrived at the scene, it found 56-year-old Anesti Rama dead in the living room of the house. He was wearing a suit and shirt. Preliminary investigations revealed visible injuries to the victim's face and the frontal part of his head.
Initially, family members claimed that Rama had collapsed in the toilet. According to the testimony of his daughter, Emanilda Rama, and wife, Valbona Rama, they had found him lifeless in the toilet, cleaned him up, dressed him for the funeral ceremony, and cleaned up the scene.
But after initial investigations and the use of advanced investigative methods, the Prosecution ruled out the family members' version and arrested in flagrante delicto:
Emanilda Rama, suspected of "Murder due to family relations", committed in collaboration;
Valbona Rama, accused of "Acts that hinder the discovery of the truth";
Çlirim Dogani, detained as a suspected accomplice in the murder, as he is suspected of having had an intimate relationship with the victim's daughter.
The prosecution requested and received court approval for the security measure "arrest in prison" for all three people.
In an official statement, the Fier Prosecutor's Office said that investigations will continue with dedication to fully clarify the incident and bring to justice every person involved in this serious crime.
