Armando Ndreca, brother of Socialist MP Eduard Ndreca, has been sent to the Special Court after the completion of investigations by SPAK, where he is accused of cultivating and trafficking narcotics, as well as participating in a structured criminal group.
SPAK investigations revealed Ndreca's organizational role in the cultivation and distribution of 243 kg of cannabis in the Lezha area during 2020.
Ndreca was first arrested in 2024, after the discovery of a farm converted into a cannabis greenhouse in Lezha, but was released due to lack of evidence, while two other people were arrested.
In January 2025, he was arrested again during Operation "Revanshi" after being involved in the group's communications for drug cultivation. A month before his arrest by SPAK, Lezha Police arrested him for connection to a cannabis greenhouse.
The SPAK file, in addition to Armando Ndreca, also includes former MP Arben Ndoka and his nephew, Samuel Ndoka.
