The Special Court accepted the request of Ervis Berber, former head of the Albanian Road Authority, and other co-defendants to conduct the trial using the summary trial procedure.
The only one who will be tried in a regular trial is Valter Begaj, and his two companies "Net group" and "Daam shpk".
In the next session, the Special Prosecution Office must announce the claim for Berberi and the others. Berberi is the former official whose cell phones revealed the facts against former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
