Eria Ago, Safet Bajri's ex-girlfriend, will not be released from her cell, after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) rejected her request for a replacement of the security measure.
Ago was arrested in March of this year, after the Special Prosecution Office suspected that she drove one of the vehicles used for the execution of Fatbardh Lici in August 2018, in the Kiras neighborhood of Shkodra.
Despite the 31-year-old denying the charges, the court did not accept her claims.
SPAK has filed charges against the persons involved, including Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali, for "Premeditated Murder" in the form of collaboration and within the framework of a structured criminal group, as well as for "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group."
