
In the SPAK file that shed light on the failed assassination attempt on Aleksandër Prendi by suspected members of the Bajri criminal group, what stands out are the videos found on cell phones seized as part of the investigation, where Izmir Sakicaj, Samuel Troshani and other people appear shooting guns.
In one of the videos, Samuel Troshani is seen firing a gun. He is accompanied by another person, who is unidentified in the SPAK file.
According to an anonymous source, the person in question is called Mikel Kodra and is the nephew of Prekë Kodra, accused of being the author of the sniper assassination attempt on Ardian Çapja, which was allegedly carried out on the orders of Suel Çela.
Prekë Kodra is also accused of other assassinations carried out with a sniper.
