The repentant justice, Artan Tafani testifies in the Special Court in the criminal trial against the leader of the gang Laert Haxhiu.
He confessed again about the order that Haxhiu gave to place a bomb in the business of Bashkim Rajku, the father of Rigels Rajku, the rapper known as Noizy. Laert Haxhiu is being tried separately from the gang members because he was extradited from Greece.
He is accused of serious crimes, such as murder, assassination, destruction of property with explosives, etc.

"Kleviol Ahmetaj and Noizy got into a fight. They were offended on TikTok. Then Kleviol went to Durrës. Laerti followed them on TikTok, he was a friend of Kleviol. We were discussing and Laerti was saying to do something to Noizy because he beat Kleviol, to put TNT on him.
That night, Laertes' mother took him and asked him why they had beaten Cleviol. His sister and mother put him in the chair.
He passed a little and said: 'Get up, put some TNT'. We got it ready. We had TNT at home. We would get it in Tepelena. We got up and got it ready, a few 100 grams. We sealed it with glue. Tafani: When I came the second time and couldn't find the stairs, I asked Lulëzim to go. We wrote to Laertes asking Lulëzim to go, but he insisted that I go. That's what he told Lulëzim.
Prosecutor: How long did it take you to determine the amount of TNT?
Tafani: It all lasted 1 or 2 minutes.
Prosecutor: Did anyone see you when you planted the explosives?
Tafani: When we went to the bar, there was a fast food restaurant opposite, apparently the chef was cooking. Also, before I turned it on, two people passed by. The fast food guy also saw me, because after I turned it on, he ran away. I think he saw me.
Prosecutor: How did you know that Rigels Rajku had an activity there?
Tafani: Laertes knew and so did Lulëzim.
Prosecutor: How did you find out about the fight?
Tafani: Laerti followed Kleviolin on TikTok, as the latter had also made a song for Laerti. The fight that happened was videoed, Noizy punched Kleviolin. There were 3 or 4 people when the fight between them happened.
Prosecutor: Did you meet Kleviol Ahmeti after the fight?
Tafani: As far as I know, no, they haven't met. As far as I know, Klevioli had no idea that Laerti was going to plant TNT in Noizy's business, because he was at the police station.
Prosecution: You said you got the Tritol in Tepelena, from whom?

Tafani: Laert Haxhiu had contact with Suel Çela through Juli of Pashako. After the Pashala incident, the murder of Peqini, happened, he told him that "I have a friend, the chief of the crime police in Elbasan, and I will close that case." Time passed and the case was not being closed.
