
The Shkodra Court finds guilty and sentences two of the suspects as members of the Bajri criminal group. Izmir Sakicaj was found guilty of the charges of “Disturbing public peace” and “unauthorized possession of weapons” and was sentenced to 4 years in prison. Due to the summary trial, the sentence was reduced to 2 years and eight months.
Samuel Troshani and Arlind Kajoshi were sentenced to 16 months in prison each on the same charges. The three suspects were found guilty of the June 3, 2024 incident where they raped Vladimir Bruçi with hard objects for a parking space. Sakica and Troshani are suspected of being involved in other serious crimes in Shkodër, as part of the Bajri group that is in conflict with Ibrahim Lici.
