Në dosje thuhet se nga kqyrja e kryes më datë 21 maj 2025 rezulton se media të ndryshme si Top Channel apo Klan TV, etj kanë marrë përgjatë viteve 2020-2025 pagesa që variojnë nga 26.346.090 lekë e deri në 55.132.715 lekë, për reklama, hapësira publicitare, spote, kronika, etj në një kohë që kjo kompani operon në treg pa rival.
Pra, reklarimi i aktivitetit të saj në një treg pa konkurrentë është vetëm shtim i pajustifikuar i shpenimeve dhe ulje e fitimeve që deklaron si kompani. Në këtë mënyrë dyshohet se mundohet që me këto investime, të pengojë publikimin e lajmeve negative rreth aktivitetit të saj, të pamundësojë përcjelljen e protestave të punëtorëve të saj, etj.
