The Dibra Court has ordered "Temporary hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital" for the young man who stabbed his mother, Nexhmie Sula, 7 times. During the hearing, it was determined that he has mental problems and for this reason he has been temporarily sent to a psychiatric hospital. His mother, a school principal in Pocest, Maqellarë, is in the Trauma Hospital under the care of doctors.

Regarding criminal case No. 62 Act registered on 04.08.2025 with the subject: "Assessment as lawful the arrest in flagrante delicto of the person under investigation HS", accused of committing the criminal offense "Intentional serious injury" provided for by Article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
The Court, at the conclusion of the review, with Decision No. 62, dated 05.08.2025:
DECIDED:
Acceptance of the request.
Assessment as lawful of the arrest in flagrante delicto of the person under investigation HS (son of B. and N., born xx.10.1999), suspected of committing the criminal offense “Intentional serious injury” provided for by Article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
Assignment of the personal security measure “Temporary hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital”, provided for by Article 239 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against the person under investigation HS, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Intentional serious injury” provided for by Article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër is charged with the execution of this decision.
Court expenses as incurred.
An appeal against this decision is allowed to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after its reasoned notification.
