The Tirana Court has ordered the security measure of “prison arrest” for Andis Vokrri, suspected of the murder of Petrit Ndout after a fight that started due to the involvement of the perpetrator’s and the victim’s cars. Andis Vokrri does not admit murder, as he says he does not remember hitting Petrit Ndout with a hammer, as he did not have one with him, but states that he had a physical and verbal conflict with. The other two people, Fatjon Kulla and Lorenc Sula, who are suspected of failing to report the crime, were also left in the cell. Both of them claimed that they left the scene out of fear and therefore did not notify the police. The young men claim that they had stopped on the road because they had problems with their car tire. There are strong suspicions that they were under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.
