The luxury vehicles of crime bosses that were seized by SPAK have been distributed by the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency and are being used by central and local institutions.
The cars of gambling king Ervis Martinaj, who disappeared without a trace in 2022, have been given to a small municipality, with the intention of using them for institutional matters.
"The Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets (AAPSK) currently has 190 movable assets under administration, consisting of vehicles, motorcycles and watercraft. During 2025, from this category of assets:
"45 vehicles have been donated to state institutions, by decision of the Committee for the transfer of ownership free of charge;
32 vehicles are managed on lease, which have been made available to state institutions;
11 vehicles have been put into use by the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH) and SPAK," AAPSK said during an official response to VNA.
According to this institution, in total for 2025, 88 funds were handled through various forms of institutional administration and use.
