The person in this photo is Bilal Kara, 45 years old. He has been declared wanted by the Tirana Police, as he turns out to be one of the two co-shareholders of the private clinic "International Medicare", formerly "Sante Plus".
The clinic was blocked after allegedly failing to declare profits worth 1 million euros. Also, during the checks, the police discovered that the clinic was providing hospital services with prohibited, expired and smuggled products. Also, five employees were found to be uninsured.
Bilal Kara is the Honorary Consul of North Macedonia in Izmir, Turkey and a member of the Albania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The other co-shareholder, Gerjana Arapi, has also been declared wanted, while the clinic's administrator, Edmond Zaja, has been arrested.
